How will I know how my family member is doing?

A monthly assessment is sent home. The director and program coordinator are available to give updates as requested.

Are you able to care for people who are incontinent?

Yes

What is required before someone can attend?

A recent physical on a St. Agnes physical form (available to print under forms
A recent mantoux test for tuberculosis OR a recent chest x-ray
Enrollment forms to be completed at the center

Do I have to attend every day?

You can attend one day per week or every day
